Reihane joined the Croitoru Lab in March 2025 as a Clinical Research Data Analyst. She is a dietitian with two master’s degrees in Nutritional Sciences. Her work contributes to the GEM Project, where she leads the dietary data analyses. She studies how nutrients, foods and overall dietary patterns relate to the risk of developing Crohn’s disease, and integrates dietary data with metabolomic, proteomic and microbiome profiles to explore how diet interacts with host biology before disease onset. Her broader interest lies in nutritional epidemiology and multi-omics approaches. She aims to help develop personalized, evidence-based dietary strategies for preventing and managing Crohn’s disease.
